Sales Terms
- By placing an order with MRT Japan, customers acknowledge and agree to these Sales Terms and Conditions.
- Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale, and listings may be updated or removed without prior notice.
- Prices quoted by MRT Japan are subject to change due to market fluctuations, exchange rates, auction prices, and shipping costs.
- Quotations may include vehicle price, FOB charges, freight costs, and export documentation fees.
- Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, registration fees, and any other local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation, receives a Proforma Invoice, and full payment has been received by MRT Japan.
- Payments must be made by international bank transfer or other approved methods specified by MRT Japan.
- All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Vehicles will not be shipped until payment has been fully received and cleared.
- MRT Japan strives to provide accurate vehicle descriptions, photographs, and auction reports; however, used vehicles may have normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or age-related imperfections.
- Vehicle condition reports and auction grades are provided as references and do not constitute warranties or guarantees.
- Shipping schedules are estimated and may vary due to shipping line schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- MRT Japan shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, government regulations, or force majeure events.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased vehicle complies with the import laws and regulations of their country.
- MRT Japan shall not be responsible for any import restrictions, registration problems, customs delays, or additional taxes imposed by the destination country.
- Once a vehicle has been purchased from an auction, dealer, or supplier on behalf of the customer, cancellations may not be accepted.
- If a cancellation is approved, all incurred expenses, auction fees, administrative charges, bank fees, and other related costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable charges and may be subject to currency exchange differences and banking fees.
- MRT Japan is not responsible for mechanical issues, wear and tear, or damages occurring after the vehicle has been delivered or collected.
- MRT Japan’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchased vehicle.
- MRT Japan shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- All transactions and agreements with MRT Japan shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising from transactions with MRT Japan shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
- MRT Japan reserves the right to amend or update these Sales Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to contact MRT Japan for any questions or clarifications before placing an order.
- By purchasing a vehicle from MRT Japan, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Sales Terms.
