Step 2: Request a Quote & Confirm Your Vehicle
Submit an inquiry with your destination country and preferred shipping port. Our team will provide you with a detailed quotation including:

- FOB / CIF / C&F Price

After reviewing the quotation, confirm your order and request a Proforma Invoice (PI) to proceed with the purchase. Understanding FOB, C&F, and CIF pricing helps buyers estimate their total import costs accurately.
Step 3: Secure Payment
Once your order is confirmed, MRT Japan will issue a Proforma Invoice containing all payment details.
You can make payment through secure international bank transfer. After the payment is received and verified, we will immediately begin the export and shipping process.

Step 4: Vehicle Export & Shipping
After payment confirmation, your vehicle will be prepared for export from Japan.
Depending on your country and vehicle type, we arrange shipment via:
- RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) Shipping
- Container Shipping
You will receive all required export documents, including:
- Export Certificate
- Commercial Invoice
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Packing List (if applicable)
